Hi guys, would like to share my day 1 experience with the Zizo Bolt case as it just came in today after about 3 weeks of waiting. Very satisfied with the overall purchase (USD 44 inclusive of promo code, shipping, tracking & insurance). It came with extra accessories such as a holster that doubles as a front cover too, lanyard that can be attached to the case, and the best item - a tempered glass that actually works.

My daily armor has been the Spigen Air Liquid which is significantly slimmer and lighter hence this is quite a change. Actually planning to use Zizo mostly for traveling (rushing leads to high probability of dropping one's phone).

The Good
1. Value for money - came with many goodies!
2. TG was easy to install, fits well with the casing (TG doesn't end up being forced out - was impressed that it even fit with my Spigen Air Liquid), no significant dip in touch sensitivity (not even with the SPEN).
3. Extremely solid build with easy access to the fingerprint scanner (even better than Spigen's cutout).
4. Color range is impressive.
5. Wireless charging works despite the added thickness of the case!
6. Good grip, and satisfactory protection thus far (phone faced down, the screen does not come into contact with the table because of higher corners of the case).
7. An inconspicuous stand which allows landscape viewing.

The Bad
1. Side buttons are not very responsive, you gotta press slightly harder than usual but I'm hoping this will ease in a couple of days.
2. Due to thickness/cutout of case, accessing the SPEN can affect the experience for some users with maybe uhh chubby fingers.
3. Phone can be slightly difficult to remove due to how secure the casing is.
4. Definitely bad match for tight pants/your slim cuts/skinny jeans.

No significant changes in the N8 experience despite the update. Battery life is still mediocre as before, it did not worsen or improve. laugh.gif laugh.gif

I own 2 Spigen cases (both slim - black liquid air armor and blue thin fit). Both look gorgeous; very contemporary spotting the polygon design. Have been using Spigen since Note 4 & they haven't disappointed me thus far. The cuts are simply precise. Screen has been naked since Day 1 (tried tempered glass but took it off in less than a day). Pricing also not too bad (about 60 bucks from Lazada).

TQ! for your welcome Xaser_3!

Word of cautions.... DON'T TRY VACUUM the dust inside the screen protector... I just did just now.... my vacuum suck out the WHOLE screen protector...... GOSH!!! Not sure to laugh or heart attack..... (Gosh)....

I actually laughed reading this. I know I'm not supposed to but I just wanted to be honest and I really couldn't help it. Think you can try using tape to stick the dust away?

Guys, has anyone experienced the note 8 freezing up (hang)? I've been getting this like once to twice a week. Sure, it can be resolved by doing a hard reset via screen off and volume down buttons but it's still pretty annoying. Is there a permanent fix to this?

Got the exact same TG today and I am surprised and satisfied. Bought with RM41 from 11street and it is full glue like other big brands like HAO and DOME. no touch problem at all  rclxm9.gif

But I think it is price error from the seller as I see he sells RM99 at shopee and lelong.  cry.gif
But I lucky got it as reduced price  whistling.gif

and also it is case-friendly. Fit into my Spigen rugged armor

Looks good. Planning to get the mini version since it's case friendly. Have you tried using the SPEN? Does it leave any marks?

i thought that spigen liquid air is quite slim compare to other models..

just ordered..  sweat.gif anyhow, love the way it was designed..

hope that it doesn't feel too much bulky to my preferences..

You will love the case. I've been using this since day 1 & received many compliments. It adds class to the phone without adding too much bulk or weight. The grid/polygonal design is gorgeous and adds grip so you don't have to worry about the phone slipping. Also very easy to remove the phone to clean.

For me it's was my first case. Then after a week I threw away.

Few dislike are

Will turn yellowish after awhile
Rubberish plastic feel
Don't protect the top edge.
Cheap feel

Could you explain how does a black case turn yellowish? And the top edges are actually higher than the side. It's a fully rounded case.
