Land bought in 2011 and yesterday. Freehold. Proposed for 2014. UOA buys 6 parcels of land at Jalan Ipoh, next to some 16-acre land parcels it bought last time. This time the transaction would cost UOA about RM130 million. Total GDV could come between RM3-5 billion. Maybe with bigger land, UOA can create direct access to Duke then the project would really be promising. If not entrance very bad. Have to go through old shophouse/DSL/apartment before you reach the land. Not far from Boluevard by Magna Prima. But Boluevard is beside Jln Kuching, better access and entrance. The said land should be near batu 4 jalan ipoh, from the side entrance of SBC under construction shop office go straight in until the end. and you will see a hoarding around there.

hi brianccg, uoa also bought land along jalan sentul pasar. should be near by 1 sentul.
