Land bought in 2011 and yesterday. Freehold. Proposed for 2014. UOA buys 6 parcels of land at Jalan Ipoh, next to some 16-acre land parcels it bought last time. This time the transaction would cost UOA about RM130 million. Total GDV could come between RM3-5 billion. Maybe with bigger land, UOA can create direct access to Duke then the project would really be promising. If not entrance very bad. Have to go through old shophouse/DSL/apartment before you reach the land. Not far from Boluevard by Magna Prima. But Boluevard is beside Jln Kuching, better access and entrance. Boluevard Business Park

The said land should be near batu 4 jalan ipoh, from the side entrance of SBC under construction shop office go straight in until the end. and you will see a hoarding around there.

Think it is near to Sentul ald. Sentul area still have plenty of land yet to explore.

hi brianccg, uoa also bought land along jalan sentul pasar. should be near by 1 sentul.
