guys.. i just made a purchase using my cc, the payment didnt prompt me to give otp by phone and just confirm the order already. is it the new system ? Is abit shock when i notice the transaction change to like this

Encounter this b4. My case consider order not successful and after 1hr+- it will remove from your LZD acc. Nothing charge on your CC as well.

up till 5pm + i bought something still got otp.. then just now 11pm + no otp..and now the order still there and not cancelled. I didnt even receive sms saying I spend how much etc on where.. have to counter check tml when the record come out on my cc tml

now it is still in processing.. have to check on tml., bcuz lazada will not send confirmation email since yesterday

Yours is a more complicated case as you’ve only got proof of payment. I would suggest you wait a couple more days as the email may eventually get to you. As long as mobile and address is valid, you’ll probably get an it’s shipped sms and or the delivery just shows up. Which is pretty much what has been happening lately. Next time, do take the extra minute to setup a proper account and screenshots.

Alternatively, if you used ShopBack and it got tracked, you can check the history for an order id #.

Happen to me once...payment successful but no order info at Lazada order page..what i do are get copy of payment from maybank2u, screenshot page of item i buy,remember roughly time of purchase,then email them providing those detail and asking for refund...couple of email exchange and about 1 month got my refund RM100 something(do not remember exact amount)..
