Happen to me once...payment successful but no order info at Lazada order page..what i do are get copy of payment from maybank2u, screenshot page of item i buy,remember roughly time of purchase,then email them providing those detail and asking for refund...couple of email exchange and about 1 month got my refund RM100 something(do not remember exact amount)..

is it possible the voucher code run out?surely they have limit..isn't it?
simple math 29x..x is variable from 0 to 9..thats mean just 10 code limit right..
