Hi, i got some problem regarding lazada. i try to buy an iphone 6 from lazada this afternoon using the app, coz i wanted to use the "lzdnow12' voucher? however i didnt register through lazada yet. intead i just checked out as a guest, with my email of course. the payment went through and eveything, but until now i havent received any confirmation email yet. so basically like there's no proof at all that im buying from them. i already emailed them just now explaining my situation and here's what they reply me;

But how is it possible if i used that particular email for the first time? please help me, im scared that im gonna lose the money. and after reading some of the comment on fb where they basically saying that they still havent received their refund etc i feel like i wanna faint. what should i do?

here's where it got funny. i'm pretty sure i used this email as i only have 4 email address that i used to use for other purposes. but if i spell wrongly, i'm pretty sure they can find it right? i mean i do provide them with everything from the bank statement to my billing address, tel no etc.

regarding the refund, i just read some comments on lazada fb page where they still havent received their refund from 6 months ago.

i used online banking (maybank2u). and how to block/contest the payment if the payment already went through? like i have the e-receipt and everything

but i uses online banking to pay the item. is it still possible? do u know their e-mail address?

Will do on the setting up of the proper account. I guess I got too excited about the voucher thingy I didnt registered properly. But then, they replied that the last time my email address was used on Lazada, it is on the 25th September, where I didn't bought anything that time except for today.

That what's freaking me out. I just used that particular email for today's transaction.

And also, I took some screenshots during my transaction and send it to them via email to check.

Happen to me once...payment successful but no order info at Lazada order page..what i do are get copy of payment from maybank2u, screenshot page of item i buy,remember roughly time of purchase,then email them providing those detail and asking for refund...couple of email exchange and about 1 month got my refund RM100 something(do not remember exact amount)..

1 month? what am i gonna say to my parents during that time? if possible i dont want to do a refund and just hope it got through. the hassle of asking for a refund and waiting for the money.

Plus it's rm1300 for mine. Just the thought of having to wait 1 month for it to be refunded

Is it the iPhone 6 32GB? Where did you buy it? From Lazada as well? Or 11street? Coz I know they sell it at both website, just the Lazada one that is cheaper.

just wanna ask, usually, if someone checked out as a guest, would they get instant email confirmation as well like the registered users? anyone ever did that before? please do share

Just got an sms from Lazada saying that my order has already been shipped out. Then, got a message from them thru FB with the tracking number. and when i checked it's already out for delivery by today. So excited!

I've been closely watching their iPhone 6 site since August and when I finally decided to buy it, they have trouble with their website. Guess not my luck at all lol

but i still can't checked the order number with my email address on lazada tho. dont know why. maybe i did type in the wrong email address
