i just got the email this morning, submitted the application over 1 week ago.

maybe they actually review applications as they receive them?

I have a question, do we need to submit both online application and offline apllication (by post)? is it ok if i only submit the offline application, the hard copies???

I think you would still need to register online in the end. at least thats what i was told.

anything to share with us? the process, the duration, the questions (), etc etc
you can always choose not to.
btw, are you from sabah sarawak? just curious. I have this feeling that they will give more priority to those from Sabah and Sarawak as long as Bumis... based on the application form

Well, if u've seen this thread on ReCom, someone explained the format of the interviews in detail there. The only difference this year is that the first two interviews are rolled into one, so there is a maximum of two interviews to go through for an overseas applicant. There are 4 current issues to choose from too.

As for the second question, I am a Sabahan, but I live in the Klang Valley...

Shell smsed me saying that I will be receiving a call from them for the telephone interview bla bla bla and that was about a month ago and I am STILL waiting for the call. Its not only me, all my other school mates did not receive any call from them too although they did receive emails and smses from shell. anyone else going through the same situation? We tried calling and sending enquiry emails to shell but so far no news yet.

just wait,during my time,i got the call just a day before the interview dude..just be ready for it

Thing is, it was also stated in the sms/emails that the interview should be between 16th till the 30th of april and even may is already coming to an end.
