i'm also confused really. i called the scholarship coordinator and they said its preferable to apply online, because if u apply offline, you'll still need to apply online in the end.

no idea. she seemed pretty blur about it too. she just insisted to apply online, no need any supporting documents for now.

i just got the email this morning, submitted the application over 1 week ago.
maybe they actually review applications as they receive them?

I think you would still need to register online in the end. at least thats what i was told.

Well, if u've seen this thread on ReCom, someone explained the format of the interviews in detail there. The only difference this year is that the first two interviews are rolled into one, so there is a maximum of two interviews to go through for an overseas applicant. There are 4 current issues to choose from too. As for the second question, I am a Sabahan, but I live in the Klang Valley...
