Pixel 3XL pre production unit leaked.

Looks like bundled USB C earphones will be default in the packaging similar to the HTC 11.

I reckon the tall and narrow notch is definitely going to irk some folks out there to hold out for the smaller Pixel 3 instead.

Specifications are underwhelming thought. Google still insists that 4GB RAM is the sweet spot - this only rings true if stock Android is truly optimized along with developers in tow to prevent nasty app refreshes.

From leaked photos the notch does look horrendous 😐 so tall. Can't they think of a better design?

The Android Pie update kinda breaks my Nova launcher now. Abit buggy on the switch to previous app and the split screen functionality.
Have to use the stock Pixel launcher for now.

same thing happens to me, but I managed to fix it. Just enable the card option on the dock option IINM.

Just found out that Instagram Stories on Android Pie look blurry for the first few seconds while the video is loading, and then only they finished load. Same goes to the instagram Pics. Any other people encounter this problem?

I think it's connection and the loading which makes it blurry. Been having this since beta and also on iOS too. I suspect it's IG's problem

One of Apple's worst features/ idea and yet almost all other are following suit. confused.gif
and Google made so much fun of Apple removing headphone jack during first Pixel launch then a year later removed on Pixel 2! Now comes the notch

At least Samsung has stuck to their own design

Yeah this was my original intention. Buy matte to use at back, then clear at front. But now wasted for me since back I'm using dbrand. Should have went for clear fully from start

Using matte on front is a horrible experience for me. Screen was really grainy.

Seems like most of you bought your Pixels online.
Does anybody know if any physical stores in Low Yat Plaza sell the Google Pixel 1/2/XL ?

Edit: Nvm just went there and asked around. A few shops are selling near the lower floors.

Last time it was 160 ish for clear. Add 30 for matte then they give 10%

Then sometimes they give other promotion like 30% off. Now today not sure

Just seen the video for the application of the white dome TG. Whoa. Looks complex. But I think if the tooling is working as it claims then it's easier than applying the conventional TG as that one requires more alignment skills.
To those who have apply this can command on the application process?
