I use the link check now my area show 10mbps. Previously 8mbps.
What should I do now.

Paying 140 after 20discount.

Previously no option for 10mbps.

After bill 69 only request for 10mbps or request now ?
Upload still same for both 8 or 10mbos right. Pening

Been paying RM160 for streamyx 8Mbps.
Early this year, they come to my house and upgrade to Unifi Lite 10Mbps using copper wire and still same price.

Do i get discount 69? 🐭

Same here. My max speed on the link (https://myhsbb.me/) changed from 8mbps to 10mbps too. Should I request for update before 31/8/ ?

if your address is eligible for subb, u can opt for unifi lite which offers greater upload speed,
but if its a regular adsl not eligible for subb, you can subscribe the 8mbps plan, and request the technician to cap yr line at 10240kbps for '10mbps' service when he comes to install

i just request upgrade from 4mbps to 8mbps, how can i request to capped at 10mbps? did tm technician will come to my house if im an existing customer ?

u can try requesting for new router. if not, after the upgrade checl from your router admin page the dsl line cap. if its not above 10000, you can try to call 100 to get it raised

Usually the Data Rate will shows 10240 after your speed upgrade.

You went to TM point to make the upgrade from 4mb to 8mb? Or you did it from their unifii website?

if data rate shows 10240 after upgrade then your line is capped at 10mbps (as shown in coverage checker) and everything is good. You should get a little over 8mbps when doing a speedtest.

if data rate is 8192 or 9000ish, you need them to give you 10240

u must ask if vdsl then they will change 4 free, if still adsl then no

first i go to live chat ask them to check coverage, they said my area support max 10mbps download 5mbps upload for unifi lite. They said i need to go tmpoint or call 100 for upgrade. i called 100 to upgrade, then they said my area only support for 8mbps streamyx. Upgrade before 1sep for 69 price

so now the question is, does your address allow SUBB or not? check https://myhsbb.me (if link doesnt work on tm line try mobile data)

actually I already subscribed 8mbps plan since last year, the line capped at 9240 now.

https://myhsbb.me/ shows my area is non-SUBB but max speed is 10mbps



Live chat told me they cant check coverage and max speed, ask me check at TM point instead. But do take note that 10mbps bundled with Unifi PlayTV (previously named HyppTV) that cost around RM30, so you will end up paying RM99.

since yr line cap at 9240 you can try request to increase to 10240. if they ask why just say you cant attain full 8mbps on speedtest

in this case, you may approach an agent to register, they can try to register installation appointment using your neighbors address instead then tell the technician to correct and install to your address when he comes

means, am i eligible for unifi lite 10mbps?
