Not talking about that, you are right.

What I mean is that I don't believe those are human spirits.

Everyone has their own belief system, TS is like me, we don't make money out of this, we are not Ghostbusters or feng shui masters, we just happen to be born the way we are, you ask us how to explain, we don't know. I don't really care also if you believe or don't believe me, does not make a difference to me, it does not affect my professional judgment nor does it place more food on my table. My advice to TS, learn how to protect yourself, there are certain malicious beings out there that can really play with you, and I think you know what I am talking about, those that can make you puke just by being near them.

Can you communicate with spirits of the otherworld?

if yes, are you interested in helping me communicate with a vengeful spirit in one of my apartments? Subject is a middle-aged lady who committed suicide about 12 years ago. Many of my tenants have moved out shortly after one or two months in the apartment because of the ghostly sightings and disturbances.

Tried Taoist monks, Christian preachers, and even Muslim Bomohs, but nothing quite seem to work.

Additional info:
-The subject committed suicide due to high amount of debts owed to loan sharks.
-Glass items will crack randomly, even tempered glass doors.
-Metal pillars have also shown to crack, usually within hours or days after repair or installation.
-The unit used to have tiles, but they all cracked too quickly, so I replaced them with wood, no problem after that.
-I have personally never stayed in the unit myself, so I have never seen her. But many of my tenants have, and were able to recount vivid experiences of their encounter. One or two, I can still dismiss, but nine out of ten of my tenants moved out because of paranormal disturbances.

read through 28 pages & found that TS is not really open about certain things.
Maybe TS have schizophrenia, his 'ability' really limits his ability to enjoy life, afraid of swimming, driving at night etc.?

I would love to believe, but i just can't. None the less, my 1 yr old son did ever cry non stop at night when vacationing in a hotel. Maybe he saw 'something'. But in my family line, from my grand father, an avid hunter & lived in kampung, until his death never saw such thing, mind you he spent most of his time in jungle areas.
