this is why when pass away must go through religion ceremony so that can show they way lead by past families , thous pass away without ppl know or families no do any religion for it no one will come to lead them this is thous what TS mention can see it every where, they just loitering around

if yes, are you interested in helping me communicate with a vengeful spirit in one of my apartments? Subject is a middle-aged lady who committed suicide about 12 years ago. Many of my tenants have moved out shortly after one or two months in the apartment because of the ghostly sightings and disturbances.

Tried Taoist monks, Christian preachers, and even Muslim Bomohs, but nothing quite seem to work.

Additional info:
-The subject committed suicide due to high amount of debts owed to loan sharks.
-Glass items will crack randomly, even tempered glass doors.
-Metal pillars have also shown to crack, usually within hours or days after repair or installation.
-The unit used to have tiles, but they all cracked too quickly, so I replaced them with wood, no problem after that.
-I have personally never stayed in the unit myself, so I have never seen her. But many of my tenants have, and were able to recount vivid experiences of their encounter. One or two, I can still dismiss, but nine out of ten of my tenants moved out because of paranormal disturbances.

Another kopitiam old timer also also claim he could see them.

From how you put it TS, it matches exactly as what how he described those ghost/spirit. He says are they those lurking on the highway & sometime when he drive he have to drive slowly, just to be sure he didn't run across a real human instead of those spirit.

you mean human spirits? their skin are usually pale or bluish and most are kind of lifeless.. just wandering around or keep repeating a particular set of activities. usually things they did before they die. or they usually follow their loved ones.. just tagging along from behind.
