I would imagine the first thing the new owner will need to do is find a way to open the resort as it was closed for the longest of time due to a lack of an operating permit. I'd imagine there would be at least 101 if not more creditors who would be hounding the new owners as well.

I have just bought an auctiom house. I understand from the neighbour, nobody is staying there for at least 2 years.

Happened before, the owner died in accident/illness and leave no will. No one pays for house mortgage and got auctioned off by bank. Car if still have outstanding loan may get towed if drive outside.

I dont think there is any outstanding car loan as the car is around 20 years.
Market value of the car should be RM10k - 20k.

My personal advice is dun buy fron auction unless you are super cash riich.

You never know for auction property there COULD BE surprise cost if you won the bid. Its seriously not for amateur buyers.

Btw talk to at least two bankers in advance, let them know yr situation and ask them for advice such as max bank loan bank will give. You need this info even thought you are not bidding for auction. Info can be used for subsale or new launch.
