Sold at 720k. Hahaha. As expected, when price too cheap, will jump back up to above last month reserve price.
Why last month reserve price at 688k everyone still wait for price to drop more?

Maybe prima or rumah Selangorku is a better choice. Even can look for rumawip. There are plenty of choices such as prima kajang, minest, vista oug and so forth

Hi, guys. Anyone know how to check if there is any outstanding progressive payment due to developer for auction landed property? In the POS stated in the event got outstanding progressive payment of 2.5%, purchasher need to clear the balance. What is outstanding progressive payment? If it stated in POS doesn't mean there is outstanding right? Need to check, but how to check?

One more question, if the POS only stated master title no and lot no, and its public auction, does it mean the owner haven receive individual title? What will be the risks if want to buy this type of auctioned property? 🤔hope can learn from all the sifus here.

If master title you can skip step 4.

Probability of caveat usually only occurs with individual titles.

Also make sure the developer ain't liquidated (this is usually mentioned in POS.

Find out who the developer is and call them. They will tell you. They will ask from which law firm etc. Just say some name lah. No one cares. I usually get my girl to call them.
