Not really. I believe red flag situation is pretty clear by now. All you need is the red flag before those cars passed each sector timing line, then you'll get to keep your position.

I'm expecting LH44 to suffer when the race restart. Judging by how well he was running prior to the rain, I think he's on a low downforce setup.

Williams continues to impress on low downforce circuit. I guessed their car are faster than those with ground effect floor since their cars are literally flat on their floor. This allowed them to use higher downforce setup which warm their tyres better.

Wow... RB flexy wing took that much out of them?

Hard to say... I think the flexy wing TD did upset their car. I think they could be trying to hide something by changing the wing design and lose some performance now since it no longer matters.

Then next year they will bring it back and dominate again.

This time its different. Now instead of the wing bending, only the tip edge of the wing is deformed or the wing is twisted to another degree under high speed.

Hence which is why I think RB is trying to hide it.
