I am Trapo user since 2017, mine is the standard model with Velcro below. It does the job to hold the mat in place but it also will eat into the floor board overtime.

Also the portion at the leg rest collects sand like crazy.

Other than that it works as advertised. I would suggest upgrading to their other non Velcro bottom layer where it holds and doesn’t damage floor board.

Other wise, I would consider these 3D mat instead.

Accord is CKD... yet priced similarly with the CBU Camry...

I changed my front grille on the same day I got my TC last month, and after a few hours, my sensor had issues. To be precise, it's one of the front bottom sensor (not the front middle), which I very clearly saw that remain untouched during the grille changing process. Mechanic was very kind to switch it back to original grille for me regardless and assured me that it's a very common issue among facelift versions.

Went back to Honda to arrange for a replacement. Sure enough, technician admitted that it was a faulty sensor unit and again assured that it's a common facelift issue.

Now I a bit trauma wanna change back to black grille, but I think i'll do it anyway since I've paid... and it looks bloody cool.

Side note, while the mechanic changed my front grille, he noticed that my front grille and bumper did not go through QC... which might explain the faulty sensors.

Issue as it uneven gap between body and skirt.

If go body n paint, go and do whole package better.
Add bodykit, Fix dent, new coat or maybe new color(boost blue looks nice)

Before warranty end get quote, if price crazy, finish warranty do outside.

Besides, if u timing your 2020/2021 car keep 5 to 7 years, by then Gen 12 will be out. New adventure.

if it's any consolation, Mazda warranty claim is wayyyy better than Honda. a friend's Mazda 2 which was already 1 year past the warranty still had her aircond compressor replaced for free.

Serviced my car recently at SC, only travelled 2K mileage for the last 6 months or 5k for the last 1 year.
Surprised they ask me to change everything, need aircond service where they want to remove my dashboard and clean the coil, replace aircond filter which was changed 12 months ago, wanted to replace my k&n air filter, I told them this is washable and no need to change, they insist I change it and wanted to void my warranty when I refused to change
End of service - they put in remarks on my receipt when I collected the car, air cond filter not changed, might effect warranty. Air filter owner change to non genuine, might effect warranty
Really WTF man. Felt cheated because they just want to change everything possible. If oil, fluid I can understand la, but aircond filter, in very good condition and k&n filter also they want to kacau.
Every trip also want to force people to do alignment, really felt cheated man

Very annoyed because they are not helping but only looking for quick bucks and do not hesitate to void peoples warranty

Really a turn off because it adds to the ownership cost, if you look at the estimated service cost in HM website, it is very much cheaper. Really cheating IMO

The way they operate and write in the report really hurt my feelings, cannot say properly meh?
I like the car but hate the way SC is operating, as though to only make profit.
Understand if follow scheduled maintenance schedule, should change, my car is underused this 2 years, servicing below mileage all the time, hardly hit 2K for the last 6 months or 5k for the last 12 months, they force to follow mileage or 6 months interval, even things are in very good condition they force to change, eg aircond filter In almost like new condition, still white, not a bit of grey color. If dirty ok la.

the original battery from Honda plant is Furukawa and not Panasonic. if you change out of warranty at service centre, they replace with Panasonic. that's what my SC told me.

mine 2018 TC, 86k(agreed value), windscreen 2.3k, 500km towing, 1k flood cleaning and towing = 1.7k with Takaful Malaysia

Maybe to include very expensive tinting.

Hey fellas, having upcoming maintenance.
Honda just scolded me for having low mileage (2,900km) and the car is 1 year old.

Feels like so much potential in the car, but no opportunity to utilize and drive to all the beautiful places

Any mod you do here in Malaysia is ground for them to try and void your warranty.
