If your new coils and plugs are genuine and within spec, no issue.
I replaced original Denso with NGK few months back on my 1.8 Altis, it feels like new car since.

May be your SC tried to be sarcastic that you didn't "learn" to buy genuine parts... lol

My coils and ignition coil are genuine aftermarket. Bought from NGK and Bosch directly.

Lols… likely so. Want to psyco me. Actually even though my car is jerking, there is no error message or whatnot. They have swapped a used original spark plug (sc one) and swap back my original ignition coil (mine which I kept few weeks ago) for me to test for one week. Although they said no more jerking, I felt it is still the same.

I'm facing similar issues too, mine started just before the 5th year and was recommended for aircon gas top-up. Then the problem persisted, hot air blown when parked under hot sun/ during the day. Was quoted RM3,763.60 for cooling coil and valve yesterday at SC. Came across the same articles about the extended warranty for cooling coil in the US due manufacturing defect. HM seems to keeping silent about it, even though the warranty for the steering rack has been extended to 7 years.

Also saw on FB that Honda Civic FE Club is planning to make a group report to HM, in person, like VW complaint before. Honestly, the quality of HM has raised many questions.

Will you request or demand the warranty claim? or go for tribunal court? They can claim that the coil or valve using in Malaysia is not defect or affected.

Still contemplating, as the issue is already causing inconvenience to my driving comfort, might resort to self-born repair outside SC. Just asked in FB group to find out whether it is common issue faced by the owners in Malaysia. Probably might help those who have not faced in problem yet, in taking the matter forward.

raise the complaint again and ask technician to go test drive together or go to another Honda SC to do so

Anyone have this issue, sometime ac less cold, on and off, will cold back, but recently getting serious off and on also won't cold for a period of time, ac gas is ok.

Check switch first then check when aircond on compressor working or not.

Do you frequently or every time on off the switch, if yes then perhaps the switch kaput 😂

Perhaps the magnet is a bit off but if u find a good shop, the mechanic can just manually knock it back to align and save some money

Just change the break pad to nissin , original is arkeono. 60K millage actually still have 40%. RM3XX cheaper than SC ( RM5XX if not mistaken ).
