my gallery thread missing already, so here's a new one.

armed with my lousy skills, a 350D and my kit lens and Tamron 70-300mm lens, today i went for this adventure.

damn, first time doing fashion show photo-shoot. criticisms / comments / praises are more than welcomed, please help me improve my shots!!!

i've attached the time-table. of course, you won't expect to see men on Women's Secret show la but then there's plenty of other shows for men.

why most photos upper side...boobs..

erm yeah. people ask me also where's my full-body shots.

i find the angle not nice la either that or i just sux at it (which most likely is the reason). other reason is personal preference of disliking the crowd and the setting, of course arguable i could crop those out.

i'm still trying to grasp fashion shoot, going again next week. hopefully can do better. this time i'll arm myself with larger capacity CF card as well.

tomorrow, see how la if i can make it.

EDITED : not quite sure what you mean but i hope i didn't get it wrong. i didn't use flash, lights were based on the lightings from the stage / runway setup.

the lights on them were not white colored.

should try tunsten WB

as usual 350D and 400D WB sure lari. Set your WB to tungsten then your pic colors will look natural.

and my god, my luv luv is there too ahhh Lolita

alright!! noted. hopefully this will settle the issue for some car shows too, like KLIM where some showrooms are using dimmer lights.

the best is to get a camera that allow kelvin settings

eg. 30D, 1D

All of them are from Andrews models..

Tungsten wb is for you to counter yellow tint

kelvin 2500 is all u needed

Somemore so paiseh... After the Tangoo lineup my battery no more... Didnt manage to take pictures of Elle line up and the others later on...

Somemore starting sit at the bench.. the stupid guard chase me away..

Then I have to take from upper floor. So far to shoot, shaky hands, lousy shots. hahaha
