Newbie here.. whats the ideal layout that you prefer ya? And what's lacking from this ancubic's layout? One thing I don't like is there is no yard.. would prefer to put washing machine and dryer outside of the bathroom

Well, it's just a matter of preference, but since the size is already small at 510sf, I would expect it to be a studio layout instead of 2 bed 1 bath. 650sf with 2 bed 1 bath is still acceptable, but both 510 sf and 650sf layout don't include en suite bathroom, which is a deal breaker for me. Lack of yard is still okay since there is such thing as washer dryer machine, my unit at KL Gateway is like that.

Only 805sf and 900sf layout I can consider, but it would be out of my budget already.

Anyone went to sales gallery already and select unit?

You can message the Ancubic Botanical fb page but the last time I got into contact with the person handling that page, he mentioned that there is no sales gallery yet.

Hi! Anyone has any new updates on this project or has book the 8xxsf. What is the price and rebate offer now.

Last I saw the unit selection for 900sqft already fully booked. Except for floor 29th onwards havent open booking with current price. For 805sqfr still got units available. Last week my agent said still same price, so should be rm670psf, 7% rebate.

Had checked the 805sf layout is facing NPE, should be very noisy from traffic. Don’t know to buy or not.

It was opened for a while a few weeks ago for unit selection to those who paid booking cheque. Then CNY close for a while to continue showroom renovation. Still closed now I think unless any agents here can confirm?

Not just traffic.. if cannot tahan sounds from mosque also must reconsider because there will be a big mosque nearby (now under construction). The layout of the units also not so appealing.. from living hall straight can see inside room, like lowcost apt design.

Just book a unit there. Still with 7% rebate. According SA should be launch end of this month. Size 510, 650sqf left few unit except those above level 29bwhich nt open for sell. Should be open when launching day but price per sqf maybe higher
