Placed booking dy.. agent said launching end of Nov at first. Now postponed to mid Jan. We went to the project site some time ago. Got another 2 project site there one is Rumawip by Amoma, another one is 52 storey project proposal by Pantai Green Development (called up dbkl to ask this info).
I couldn’t find any info on that developer or their project though.. would love to know so that can compare price and facilities |

I went to one of their briefing session as well in Puchong. No direct agent from developer. I called the developer office to ask if they got their own SA. |

Some more details..
Booking fee RM4800. Freebies (for early birds or all buyer I'm not sure): 
Price package: If you pay only 4800 during booking, and 0 downpayment, they give a bit higher per sq ft price. About RM730++psf if I'm not mistaken. If you pay 4800 + a little bit of downpayment after they give 5+2% discount, you get a cheaper per sq ft price about RM670psf. My agent told me MAYBE priority will be given to those who opt for 5+2 package when choosing units during launching later. |

Perhaps the introduction of UOA's South Link at Bangsar South somehow affected the pre-launching of this project??
