if i recall the details :

C1 - 1475 sf / odd floors
C1a - 1464 sf / even floors
both C1 and C1a same layout but C1 has bigger balcony

C2 - 1539 sf / odd floors
C2a - 1518 sf / even floors
Same layout for both again but bigger balcony for C2
C2 units have a bigger living room compared to C1 units

Take a gd look at C2 / C2a 👌

Personally... I feel the layout is too luxury (i.e. I couldn't afford it). Even type C3 and C5 which >2000sqft also only comes with 2 bedrooms. I assume this will easily cost Rm1.7-1.8m onwards.

For a decent size family, they probably have to go for type D1 which is 2300sqft+.

Anyway without looking for price chart, my take type C1 & C2 probably the most popular layout in Park Regent.

They r not normal C1 C2. They r not in the same blk. They use diff lift maybe service lift. They hav diff layouts. They hav larger BU.

For type D1, you mean the total bu area (main and accessory parcel)?

Rm2m for a 2 bedrooms type C3-5.... Even capitaland+dpc brand.. I feel pricing wise way too much for it.....
