Overpriced property is not worth considering. There are better investment opportunity else where. Only those don't get out of kuptung/coconut shell, think kuptung/coconut shell is the bestest in the entire universe.

I've invested in plenty, my parents have both invested in plenty and both sides of my late grandparents also invested in plenty.

Both of my late grandfathers were civil servants, both owned enough properties to be millionaires in the late 90s when they passed on. How they become millionaires? By real estate obviously, buying plenty of rubber estate land and then selling them to developers.

Property overhang is still widening, why want to challenge the law of supply and demand.
