Both of my late grandfathers were civil servants, both owned enough properties to be millionaires in the late 90s when they passed on. How they become millionaires? By real estate obviously, buying plenty of rubber estate land and then selling them to developers.

E is development name for the Type not name of the actual name.
Newer development than Serai and MK10 therefore it is obviously going to be designed to be better than those.

That is a very nice unit indeed, very well planned space. Definitely would suit my 60-something couple tenants who would be ready for something like this in 5 years time. First thing this British couple noticed were the double balcony as well, one for breakfast and one for tea.
