went to lclc the mock. some mix feeling. good thing is like 3 bedroom above come with 3 cp. 4 bedroom can have like 4 to 6 cp. syok. but 2600sf 3 bedroom sooo damn big bathroom also dont give a bath tub. so stingy.

Perfectionist worry about infectious diseases from bath tub.

More likely prevent people to tell cheap materials used.

well 3 bedroom with 3100sf onwards got bath tub.

Well I should say no Dev ll put down specific spec in brochure of scale model.

And well u know it when the claim came out from a desperate wannabe. Its kinda pity n painful to learn tat provocation fr the wannabe is not part of the national education or family brought up.

Let the time tell I should say.

But I kinda agree with u tat big rooms big toilet with no bath tub. Dun forget half the layouts hav plenty of wastage in space even for the more popular smallish in B2.
