To be continued…. I have come to realize I made some comments without knowing the full story. This uncle was extremely unreasonable and demanding and hence I have deleted my previous posts and comments on the uncle videos and I regret making them.
Now I realize this guy seems to take advantage of the developer even though they were ready to help. The development is in a prime location with many facilities which justifies the price point.
I apologize for any of my previous comments. Promise to you all that next time I will get more details before I make a post. Apologise again to any of those affected. Promise to do my research next time and to those whom I have caused some distress.

This will be the toughest proj to sell by dpc...private lift is usp...none in the current props there. But surprise can happen..so many biggie 3k to 4.8k sft units for sale... for different segment..buyers ll not be reading posts here haha. Lets see...
