I’m not judging the community. Just the build and environment. Yes Damansara Heights old money and aspirational buyers are another segment of the T20. Comparatively Desa Park is newer money or people who value a pleasant environment. People buy into Dsara Heights for the landed not so much the condos. I’d say there’s some racial lines drawn in the choice of location too.

These private lift lobbies are always part of the build up ~ 100 sqft or more. Might not matter so much in a 3k sqft build up but I’ve seen some 1k+ sqft units with these lobbies and I wonder why? Full maintenance for it.

Watched a video that claimed asking market price is around 1500 psf now up from launch price of 1k+ psf. Is this true? Almost every DPC launch goes up 40% on vp it seems.
