there are 2 mobile number associated to an individual.

1) for PBe internet banking. this is also the number used by e-statement notification. to change this, must walk-in to branch, cannot do over phone.

2) card OTP. can be easily changed via phone call. can be same as PBe mobile number or another number.

first question to ask yourself: is it possible to pay manually?

afaik, there's no portal to pay ge.

autodebit doesn't count as online.

last time ppl shared, 30k for VS. CL = pledged amount

always call bank branch to ask the pledge amount.
