cybpsych you remember we discussed this. i did two transactions and then only registered. by right it should count but I can only think this is the only problem left. all transactions on monday. so should not be a problem. no lazada or shopee transactions.

Please be informed that PB Balance Transfer minimum transfer amount per bank for Plan B: 6-month with 0% one-time upfront interest will be revised from minimum RM6,000 to minimum RM2,000.

A few reasons:
1) Inactive dealers - their postings were outdated (i.e. no longer provide that service or not enough "stock")
2) Dealers' credit card monthly/weekly cash back quota has finished (they use credit cards to make bill payment too)
3) Ignorant dealers - almost all bill payment dealers are part-timers (some of them take long time to check orders until overlook expiration dates)
4) Fake/Unethical dealers - purposely create postings to obtain contact details from customers (*disclaimer: I do not rule out this possibility because you may receive tons of spam messages after revealing your private information)

Nevertheless, some bill payment dealers are really good and ethical, providing discount to customers.

Fair enough, this really sum up the cons of shopee bill payment (and also applicable to other online shop)

erm I got missing CB for Week 4 & 5, all tx did on Monday. Just called CS and she said will need to check with marketing side and get back to me.

Unlikely that Tuesday is too late...

I got Week 5 RM50 for 5x swipe at Jaya Grocer, 1x swipe at Lazada, 3x swipe at Shopee (last swipe was Wednesday morning 30th August but system capture as 29th August Tuesday) and 1x swipe Unifi at Payonline on Wednesday morning 30th August. Different week but 'trend' should be about there. My conclusion is Wednesday morning still got chance (not as good as Monday of course).

EDIT: Now that I check, actually the Payonline shows as transacted on 31st August for me in PBB system. I did the swipe on 30th though....

It seem those who didn’t receive the campaign cashback for Week 4 & week 5 is due to PAYONLINE- TELEKOM. Maybe anyone who got cashback in week 4 & week 5 should share whether any of their txn involved Telekom Payonline..
Else, I suspect the culprit is TM txn which PBB detected recently as bill payment?

on first page listed got cash back for online transaction..however, the cash back for paying insurance online is not 5%?

Anyone able to get SMS notification threshold set to RM1 for public bank credit card?
It seems now PB only send SMS when pin entered is incorrect.

But we are no longer using signature.....also for wave transaction no notifications sent as well.. is it just me ?

I think the last two campaigns, the 9-month tenure came with 0% upfront and balance.

Hi, just to confirm if PBB will charge any admin fee for the flexipayment? Historically for these types of promotion for other banks, even the interest is "free", they will still charge an 2%-3% admin fee for it.

is one flexipay plan for one card or all cards ?
is the minimum for individual transaction or more than 1 trx?

yep

1) merchant charge you RMx amount
2) wait until it get posted
3) call CS to convert into flexipay (for quantum would be 12mth 0%)
4) RMx full amount will be reversed, and charged a new apportioned amount of 1/12 of RMx.
5) after next statement, another apportioned amount

the beauty of pbb's flexipay is the apportioned amount is after your statement date
