damn, my new supp statement just came in and it was a less than 30 days cycle statement with the rebate. However, I didn't max the CB thinking they will group it into 2nd month statement. "Lost" RM38 there. Meaning now they changed the new supp statement cycle.

yeah, I encountered it.

one supp statement was out in <1 month cycle (immediately follow principal). another supp statement >1.5 month cycle later.

luckily didn't die die spend immediately. I just wait for it.

nope. try call and ask perhaps? at least get some answers or indication if you're eligible for it.

fyi fulfilment is between 4-8 weeks after qualifying period.

Applied through Ringgitplus. Documents all submit to the bank. But the application form will have some form of identification that the application is through ringgitplus.

Is it common that P.Bank application for C.Card takes so long to even to be in the queue for checking? I applied at the P.Bank branches..
