Is there any difference between the gold and platinum card?
I have the gold one now. Thinking of requesting for credit limit increase.
Should i do that or request for a platinum card?

First, what you referred is Ikhwan Mastercard for spending on Fri-Sat! why you ask in M2C thread whereby spending is Sat-Sun?

Second, do you know some of our states are considered "weekend" on Fri-Sat? Sun is working day? Since Ikhwan Mastercard is an Islamic card, probably MBB also follow.

My statement date is on 28th, so provided that cash rebate will appear on 1st of next month. Meaning that my outstanding balance will be less than my statement balance. So if I pay the outstanding balance on 3rd of the month, will this incur finance charges?

Just for your information, AmEx CVV is the four digits appearing at the front of your card, not the 3 digits like Visa and MasterCard.

Yes, not in maybank2u. Unless u have some other payment channels that accept AMEX or other cc in jompay.
