apologize if the question been repeated again, wanna ask using amex for online transaction/purchase it is need to activated by calling to CS? trying to purchase something on 11street using amex seem the payment fail.

if yes thn calling to CS by tis number 1300886688 which section i shud select? no.3 or no.0? coz jz now was try to call thn select NO.3, seem all the option is abt the cc PIN activation??? sorry, im 1st timer cc user thx & appreciate for the feedback

yup, i did select the credit card option, seem the credit card option is all abt another cc pin activation.

hi guys, i had question regarding abt adding a new favorite payee on M2U for the TM Streamyx bill. may i ask can i register TM Streamyx bil thru M2U? if can, it is the following section of 'Telecom - Tel and Multimedia' i select correct? let say IF correct, wat i need to fill in the 'ID Number' section ( the red circle in the pict)???
