The latter is sitting on 'marketing' infra and is deemed to be less critical compared to the individual number that needs to guarantee delivery. my colleague was having issue with M2U TAC also, celcom user. My Maybank fcb card was approved to my surprise actually
Now I can put my Maybank 2nd Visa card in drawer and use this new card to compliment amex
