I have my last amex transaction on 30 sept 2017 (Saturday) but cashback that I receive does not include this last transaction. Anyone got experience this and know if the cashback will still be considered into September cycle or bring to October? thanks
*
Check posting date. Most likely posting date in 1st October so it will be included October. First post describes this.

It is based on the transaction date not on the posting date. I am amid dispute process for my refund for the transaction on 30 Sept.

Cash rebate based on transaction date.
If posted on 1st of Oct, your rebate will be count as Oct one not Sep one,
even your transaction date fall on Sep, get it?

One post before yours has similar issue. smile.gif

Transaction date determines the eligibility of cash back.
Posting date determines the cash back month, this is only important for transactions incurred on the last few days of the month.

Only static amount, but since he afraid of late payment this is the only way to ensure he pays monthly before statement due nod.gif

One question bro, if the recurring payment amount is higher than the statement amount, will it still go through?
