Same here. Why so late?

If I remember correctly for visa/master it's around 1.2x% and for amex it's 2.5%, but at the end of the date, it also depends on the exchange rate. If you have aeon/ambank, use them, these 2 banks uses much lower exchange rate.

No. This only apply for Petrol transaction.

For Maybank Balance Transfer 0% p.a 12 months the *3% upfront fee will waived?

if apply in m2u, the fee will be charged then waived (in 30days, by batches).
if apply via email, the fee won't be charged.

Anyone apply in m2u get waived? Since quite convenience instead of submit document.

If I spend nothing from 1-29 Sept, then on the 30 Sept I spent 1.5k, will I get the RM50 cash back on 1 Oct?

Well, if it's posted on 30th, yes you will get cash back on 1st/2nd October. If it's posted after 30th September, you will still get RM 50 cash back but that will take up your October quota instead.

Transaction date determines the eligibility of cash back.
Posting date determines the cash back month, this is only important for transactions incurred on the last few days of the month.
