Updated my ip7 around 5pm earlier.. ayoo super laggy performance. 1st time experinced this. Check with benchmark tests but turns out normal. Most probably its doing its indexing. Well I'll give it some time.

Woke up this morning and the phone back to normal again. No more hiccups. All apps working fine but many have updates too.

Does it have a new heart (battery)? If not not even iOS12 can bring it back.

That's an interesting point actually. Will they continue with the speed throttling for phones with older batteries when iOS 12 is released?

I believe they will, since battery health (beta) is still in iOS12.

Ya, true. But would be interesting to see if iOS 12 does speed up older phones that have yet to get their batteries replaced.

hopefully mine normalize after a few days.

listening to spotify from ipoh to KL (2 hour ish drive) drains my battery almost 25-27%. How come can drain that much by just listening to downloaded song and not streaming. Very unacceptable.

Yeah, something isn't right. When I just listen to music on my phone with the screen off, it drains only about 5% or so for my entire workout session, which is more than an hour.
