Some more Uber put notification about the concert, but map show no Surge. Which driver will go there oh?

They sent me this email:

Mulai hari Isnin, 8 Januari 2018 selama 6 minggu, anda boleh sekali lagi mendapat ganjaran berdasarkan peringkat perjalanan yang anda capai.

Layari pautan di bawah untuk mengetahui perubahan untuk fasa kedua ini."

So I send them message in app ask them whether I'm in Ace or not?

They reply also blur blur. First they said:

Ya, you were previously selected for Ace. "No worries though, if this will be extended, we will notify you directly once you have been chosen to participate in this incentive."

So I ask them again, I am in Ace next week or not? They reply:

"Please note that you will only qualify for specific promotions that you have been contacted about directly. Be sure to check your email and text messages regularly to ensure you are aware of all upcoming promotions."

So I show them the email that they sent to me about Ace, until now they haven't replied.

Today kena again. Luckily it was Uber. I already reached there like 2 or 3 minutes, then she call me and ask me to wait 5 minutes. Hahahahahaha....

Then I get another ping from that same entrance. I ask rider to walk to me because I park a short distance from the entrance. Haha. So far DR belum jatuh. Wait tomorrow and see.

Basically the 1st rider punya cancellation fee paid for my traveling distance to pick up the 2nd rider.

Of course I took the cancellation fee.

I meant, I asked the 2nd rider to walk to me. But so far DR haven't drop. But yesterday's riders haven't rate me yet.

They don't have money to maintain their servers already.

Want to force you to drive until certain hours when they let you use SD.

I don't know.. I called up CS and they confirmed I am in Ace.

Only certain hours I can use SD. So far I know I can use around 11pm, and 12am.

Grab My Destination doesn't count for incentives. But AR and CR still counted. Only yerpot players will be happy about this. U all don't know Grab famous pembaris? Or later your rider no show, GG la u.

Just cancel la.

Uber let you ignore, let you cancel, but you still act like Grab cow.

Last time I kena before also. Now pick up distance more than 3km I won't accept. I will only consider it if the surge is high. Even then, 8km pick up distance even for 1.5x Surge is still ridiculous.


Trips completed using Uber's SD function is counted for incentives. In that way it is better.

But now they limit the use of it.

That day at Mid Valley I saw Mazda CX-5 picking up some Myanmar or Vietnam workers. They baru shopping. So driver come down to open the boot. The boot full of stuff. Baby stroller also got.

Last time I got RM90 for 12 trips... That was after more than 1 month I'm not active on Uber.

Too bad that was during the 1st Ace trial. So quite meaningless actually because Uber is going to top up anyway under the Ace program.

If I got it before the 1st Ace trial or during the 2nd Ace trial then that would be nice.

My Quest Incentives seems to have been standardized. Last week same with this week.

Same like you, weekend Quest, 24 trips RM40, 39 trips RM70.

Not like Crab, still doing accounts manually, every week some "lucky" driver will get his incentives calculated wrongly.

Lucky Crab didn't get raid in the past (did they?), so they don't have to burn their whole office down.
