Original mi A1 cable doesn't support QC.
You have to buy after market cable as well.

For Mi Max 2 , mi 6 and mi mix 2 cable only come with QC capable.

You are saying that your sister using original cable and adapter and get a 3 hours charging, right? Could be a faulty cable or adapter.

Even if the original cable and adapter doesn't support QC, it should be charging from 0 to 100% at max 2 hours not 3 hours.

yup, need to prepare for these. I'm getting Nillkin frosted shield as the case, been using it since my iPhone 5C. the headache is for tempered glass rclxub.gif

Can anyone share your battery usage and SOT? My Mi A1 battery dropped to 70% at just 12pm after 3 hours of usage(less than half of 3hours the screen is on). Just wondering whether this is normal? I've read in XDA forum that people are getting 7-8 hours of SOT..

7-8 hours is really a stretch.

I'm getting 6 SOT for normal usage, 5 SOT when I game.

Your Binance app is the culprit.
