Dual Camera is just a stupid trend. Why you think last time Nokia PureView camera's only have one camera at the back and yet still can produce better images?

That's the point. Important is the sensor, a good single camera sensor, is much better than multiple-camera (up to anyone imagination) which using low grade sensor.

My 2 cents after all the hype.

I believed many more branded smartphone companies will follow Mi footstep collaborating with Google. So there will be more pure stock Android options from other branded companies in the future.

people that know about nexus and pixel should be those people that standing on the tip of technology ... for that USB-C should be the standard, micro USB is so yesteryear...
2ndly we suspect is the radio problem, maybe is just the MIUI customization that cause the radio problem (I'm just guessing)
i have to agree on the 3rd parties flash of rom, but im lazy, maybe flash from android N to O need a full wipe, then from O to P another full wipe, need to wait for developer to stabilize the rom , flash and flash and flash ... i only got 1 phone and is my daily drive, im lazy wipe adn wipe and wipe

that is just my 2 cent

It would be interesting to observe the GPS reliability/usability on this Mi A1 phone soon.

This is a break through phone, interested if the price is lower. The camera adv is misleading.

1. How's the GPS lock? Stable? My previous Mi3 and Mi4 all have GPS lock problem. Unstable.

2. Camera quality? Any OIS or at least EIS?

3. Display? Since no AMOLED, how's the viewing angles?

I think now probably consumer @ India can answer all that question.

Based on my study on YouTube review. Camera quality just so-so, not bad, but not impressive either.
