Can I keep my phone number or do I have to change? Also, do I have to go to umobile shop for the change, or I can call the customer service to do it?

Thanks for the info.

Can I ask if there anyone buy u mobile phone by MicroCredit? Does the installment fee show up on your phone bill or is it come on separate bill from the bank?
Example Maxis zerolution do show up in the bill, park beside main line charges like 'zerolution installment 21/24'

I am planning to plot in from Celcom to U38 for my Wife. How is Umobile coverage for PG island, ALOR Setar or even PLUS North South highway. Reason to plot in is U38 unlimited calls and 4GB data. Currrnt Celcom Postpiad plan is RM38, 50 minutes call & 5GB Data can carry forward and max cap is 5GB. Am I worth for a try as a Hero or end up as ZERO to Umobile ?

Hi, anybody here from Kuala Pilah using umobile? How good is the reception over there? Using hotlink right now, the perks are good from umobile but i am unsure to change cause i am not sure about their reception over there

Kuala Pilah as in Negeri Sembilan??
Hmm that's kinda rural area already..
My bet, just for for the Big 3.. With Celcom my no 1 pick because I tend to see they more focus on those Malay majority rural area.. And Kuala Pilah fits the requirements devil.gif

I'm currently using umobile and will be moving to australia for a year next year.

Currently on P50 package. Can I still receive SMS for banking TAC when I'm there? Do I have to contact umobile to set my SIM for roaming?

I guess no one cares, but just for the record, Umobile prepaid data roaming does not work in Cambodia. I connected to the roaming partner Cellcard, turned off 4G/LTE as recommended by UM, but no data connection. I complained to UM through the app but they didn't reply, so they don't care, either. sad.gif

NVM, can buy Smart sim in Cambodia, US$6 for 4GB data, valid for one month.

As usual.... Umobile nĂ³ Give a fuuuuuuuuucccck about roaming problem at Cambodia..
Standard reply.... They will look into it... Unless you are a regular travel to Cambodia where you can follow up with your complaint...
