u also dunno when he reli booked ma boss... lol... i can only know how many is booked or not... signed or not i no control bang... haha... anyway next mth block A (with hotel) gonna launch... lower density than block B... nearer to the bridge and retails... hotels all first world hotel sizes... u sendiri decide whether it will affect your rental biz or not... lol
