compare to Razakcity residence's marketing, I think E9 and You3 fairer, Freehold with low entry price some more

Visited U3 but the SA seems so action and tak layan, and their the showroom interior a bit uh hmm.

Ended up booked a 650sqft unit with E9 and just signed SPA. Hopefully it is a good buy la.

Anyone else bought it?
