The thing most curious abt human buying behaviour is why ppl like to know the take up rate b4 deciding if he/she would buy????

If a project has strong take up rate, meaning must buy?

Or

If a project has weak take up rate, meaning can buy bcos many choices available???

Its been around for a while especially among contractors and engineers.

Good take up rate could mean many things.

Today? Is good take up rate by virtue of booking fees or signed SPA? If it is booking fees only then sorry that's not a good take up rate.

Weak take up rate? How do you define it? Is it less than 50% on day of launch?

went to youcity today, which is besides e9, youcity 2 towers total 600 units

e9, total 4 towers = 1600 units

the mrt station is nearer to youcity whereas e9's mrt linked bridge connected to youcity

with around 40++ facilities

and there's a rumah wip besides it

im not sure but i think youcity is better? but im not sure how good is OSK project honestly

considering about emerald hill at the same time

distance to MRT = you city
Quality and facilities = emerald 9

see you city facilities , some only provide space only.
dont think management have funding to do it , end up become abandon room

I did pass by it last week and saw that the bridge looks almost complete with the lights on. Just that there are a few plastic barricades inside it.

Might be open to the public quite soon.

i think 100-200 meter longer than ekocheras bridge je gua... wont die of heat geh... better than UOA punya bridge

From e9 to mrt how far? 800m to 900mtr rite???

When i look down from mrt, there is no way u1 n2 are anywhere within walking distance to mrt......with or without cover bridge.

Dun forget you are not two hands free free walk to n returm from mrt ride all the time.

Their 'almost done' was supposed to open before xmas last year.

Now already passed cny and hari raya pun nak datang....

400m bridge.... if u walk on the ground or google map also around that distance....

yea bro... thats why... ada its disadvantage... have bridge is like a bonus to buyers le... rather than let u walk on the road like u1 and 2....
