there are real TOD and fake TODs nowadays... so if we look at all the real TODs with link... then we have a better picture of the real supplies... if u have options of direct link and not direct link TOD for your rental and subsales after completion.... which one would u choose first? netizen or emerald 9? annex or aster?

example bro... lol... look strictly as it is a TOD and take out all the other factors... haha... just this point already worthy for us to reconsider... are there really alot of REAL TOD project along the line 1... for me... no proper walkway and secured path... mostly less desirable anymore... of course netizen selling cheaper because of cemetery, developer reputation and quality....

Talk abt reputation of all developers here, sadly only kukuland ada sikit. The rest are small time player. Not sure abt aster the spore co.

But kukuland also nothing much to prove.....

If they can get more people to buy the office lot, and there is tenant for the office lot.... Then this E9 will be a good project to consider...

I'd rather prefer a developer manage the tenants than let some Tom, Dick and Harry buy any shoplot and rent it out to whomever is willing to pay the rental. Scott Garden and Setiawalk are a few good examples of what happened when developers allow their shoplots to be sold to pretty much anyone.

Emerald 9 only have 16 visitor carpark? If full, only can consider to park at shop lot/ office carpark with parking fees?

What i heard is 2room unit from Youcity have been totall sold out.
