1 station away from aster... freehold, no HTC, no cemetery, guocoland under hong leong group, similar pricing at a better layout, alot more facilities with mixed development concept... ini project mungkin boleh jalan better than you city?

OSK's dna.... u sure u wanna take them? lol... charging u premium price for flat design and minimal facilities.... other than the emira... the rest of their projects are such a sad case....

and wanna be nearer to centre of gravity... might as well pergi beli velocity 2 aje... lol... or any lrt line 1 projects....

emerald 9 not so ambitious like youcity... most probably retail lots like outside publika those... just two stations away have the two hottest mall in cheras... sozai will still build another mall here...
