Yeah the cabinet is too small to have the AVR inside the cabinet. No choice for now until i can mount the TV on the wall and put everything on the cabinet.

Just got the TV few days back forgot to remove the plastic blush.gif blush.gif

hmmm....considering there's a lot of space to cover between your center speaker and the TV, I take it that you put the unit on a box because you don't want the sound to resonate/reverberate through the AV rack. If this is so, you could consider using stillpoints http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=Atta...=post&id=398688

Thanks! But my actual purpose is to elevate it to a better height. For the sound to be the same height as my ear.

Below are a few more photo to show the position of my sofa etc..

htkaki: ya i agree the surround to high up thus i have to jack up the sound a bit.. but still can hear the surround..

I was left without choice cos i dun have any wall behind and i have no place to hide the cable if i have to put stand for them.

Temporary.. still doable.. space a problem when living in apartment...

I think this should be more suitable for Karaoke, where you can stand on the stage at front to show off what is LIVE sound instead of reproduction sound........ tongue.gif
