Bro, your new room is bigger than previous one, right? Eddie came and did it already?

The SPL meter is still with my friend. Probably going to your pad next week.

Yes, many movies in 2.35:1 ratio but our pj is only in native 16:9. If there are movies in 16:9, then the picture will overlap the screen. Unless, using anamorphic lense. Correct me if i am wrong.

This was posted before by some other forummers. Apparently, it costs a bank-busting USD500,000 to build it (excluding A/V Gear). It is by Elite Home Theater Seating (elitehts.com)

875 already obsolete and being replaced by 876. So, 875 should a whole lot fraction cheaper than 876.

wah HT kaki, very respect your HT system lah, and specially focus on the sub...

i bet when you have the time you would probably clean up and rearrange the setup. hehehe, no offense there, but is it really good stuff there, like my dream system.

well it is somthing that i dont have now, but in future i think,

Clean up and rearrange? You mean the messy cables? sweat.gif

Bro HTKaki. Nice setup and nice sub.

Is there any windows at the back of the curtain? Is so, how did you soundproof the windows?

Thinking of putting plywood over my windows. Not sure if the result will be satisfactory.

Yes, 3 panels window at the back of the curtain. I did not do any soundproofing for it. Only thick curtain. Luckily enough, the window did not vibrate. I couldn't do much with it as no appoval from HM

Taukeh, are you sure about that? hmm.gif

If I have moolah, I would upgrade mine to Klipsch RF 62 system.

Review : "With the RF-62 [system] ... you can now call your home a theater. Their cabinets minimize vibrations, which eliminates unnecessary sounds. That allows you to enjoy all 17 lines of Arnold's dialogue in Terminator without distraction."

Hi all sifus, Onkyo 805 is better than 806 because it is heavier? More transistors inside? I was thinking of getting 806 but now do i need to think twice? hehe
*
Less likely that heavier will be better in this case. I didnt check its review or spec for both. Normally, a replacement model should perform better. Unless, there is a review that says otherwise.

I think it's caroscope who posted it.

I prefer comfy home theatre than over-crowded setup.
