But due to the router setting 4G preferred, then keep frequently switch to 4G and back to 3G, and then 3G to 4G.. bla bla bla bla...

If I set 3G only, then sometimes steaming youtube around 20 minutes, then "buffering" already.. Need manually set to 4G or 3G then connections up again.. Haizz...

The most scare is those flix flix will go to base quota, but not go for steaming quota.. Then everything become worst..
I have iflix account, but soon to be expired and not decide to renew for it.. Unless it's free again for me.. Haha..

But plan to main main unifi playtv see whether to watch tv portable or not..
And then of coz if the base quota increase another 10GB. Then no comment for it...

my data become 50gb (all usage) + 50gb (streaming)

No change for add-on / top up data, still RM25 for 10gb (all usage)

If that 50gb streaming now inclusive of Netflix, iflix etc, then BB70 still a very good plan to keep indeed.

40 only, and one forumer reported 50

1) My billing cycle date is 21st, not 16th
2) I didn’t notice any changes before my billing cycle
3) I did not purchase any add on before my billing cycle

I thinking now, should I upgrade to BB75 or not.
Not bad for 40gb (streaming) + 60gb (all usage). Coz I not streaming frequently. Besides the add on quota is much more cheaper (rm25 20gb - 30days) than bb70

So now confirmed new amb75 = 60 base + 40 all streaming? If confirmed I'm definitely gonna terminate my current amb70 and get the new one. Every single month I keep exhausting my base data and streaming data always still have 20-30gb++ left.

J shao , I can terminate current amb70 and immediately register new amb75 right? Or is there a way to just upgrade it without terminating?

I had already raised a case with Digi CS on the AMB BB70 (90gb quota).

They responded that in the next bill cycle, the quota will be refreshed/updated back to 100gb.
How true is this, well just have to wait until my next bill cycle to confirm again.

Yup i got the same reply from them, according to them the missing of 10GB in this cycle is due to their system technical issue.
I think it will be what be what ckh6003 is getting = 50 Internet +50 Streaming.

More ever, we signed bb70 which entitled for 100GB (as per bb100) and should not be degraded/removed any quota entitled without adjusting our payment.




sinslayer91, i believe if you wish to have 60GB Internet and the 40GB Streaming is not you focus, you may consider with BB75 which is more cost effective as you getting additional 10GB Internet compared to IF BB70 next cycle getting 50GB Internet. And, guess need not to terminate, just walk in to Digi Centre to upgrade to BB75 will do.

I have call thr helpline but the staff say dont have any monthly 0mb data plan to reactive.

Which plan are you using now?

Problem solved
I use the mydigi apps live chat to ask them reactice for me. And it works.
Now i can enjoy the 3gb data per weeks for rm5

Remember to stack the data plan before it expires.
