I think the current Ambassador 75 Plan only suit one who wanted to have more Stream On Demand Quota (ie Netflix, Iflix constant streaming user).

I'm happy with just 10Gb stream on Demand for now, so that's why not bothered by the BB75 plan.

On the other hand, I'm also waiting for Digi to release their new broadband packages, hopefully will be better than Ambassador 70, maybe 100Gb main quota. 🤗🤗

Today saw digi new postpaid plan at rm38 per month, 4gb all day data, unlimited call to all network, plus extra 2gb per day during 1pm to 7pm. This plan is much better than current ambassador 38 plan. Any news that Digi will update their ambassador plan?

nope, I asked CS before and CS say none for Ambassador plan

Saw it at Digi booth at shopping mall, and it's the latest plan from Digi. Sales girl said they haven't got enough time to print out proper voucher yet. I tried to google and found this:

The sales girl said biGBonus has been upgrade from 1GB per day to 2GB per day.

You can try to ask at Digi reseller/center for more details.

I changed from Ambassador 38 to Postpaid 38. Unlike Ambassador 38, there is no option to purchase 5GB data for RM10 (30 days validity).

Why SMS and bills sent to my email always stated that i had almost rm30++ overdue amount, but when i checked via app and pay, it's not there?

Better get CS to make sure all your accounts under your IC has no outstanding debt. Last year I got the message about outstanding amount due although my main account checked out fine. It turned out that Digi had accidentally split my account into two and the hidden account didn't show up on my monthly bill statement, and was not covered by the auto-pay setup, hence the outstanding amount.

I think you ask CS better, I always check outstanding for active and inactive account which have outstanding
