- When Konata said "Same with ManaKana" (05:24), she's referring to a JPOP idol pair named Manakana who are fraternal twins.

- 'Beho*mi' and 'I***zun' (08:46) are magic spells found in the Dragon Quest game (aka Dragon Warrior in early US releases). The game's series is ongoing, from the old Famicom/NES all the way to Playstation 2 and Nintendo DS.

- This has to be the best part in an episode I've ever seen:

i) 11:13 to 11:17 is made of Beijing Olympic Gold: it's Cromartie High School! Whoever hasn't seen it needs to get themselves beaten up by a horde of angry high school gangs.


ii) 11:29 to 11:31 is Pani Poni Dash!. Most legendary animu I've ever watched it deserves moar attention. The censored name is that of Rei Tachibana, as the girl with glasses parodied in this anime resembles her.

- the red hair short girl featured in the OP photo taking session is Konata's cousin, weak-bodied moeblob who always fall sick
- the tall green haired Rei-clone beside her has a perfectly flat chest, and is verily bothered about it (in one panel it's known that she drank alot of milk, thus grew so tall, although she intended 'that' part to grow for all the milk she drank)
- pink hair spectacle moe blob (don't recall her name lawl, read too much of the chinese mango that I forgot their romanized names) has a moe blob mother too, who's very honest with her feelings.
- lol-fang teacher listens to animu songs while driving, because the sheer embarassment of her colleagues knowing that she listened to them if she were to get involved in an accident keeps her awake
- lol-fang teacher is single and plays alot of online gaems, she and Konata always meet each other in some MMMORPG they play
