Hahaha! Damn, they went to Akihabara at the starting of the scene (to buy that comic)!
I went to the same place yesterday lol Man, they really drew the entire place, the elevator and even the scenario just like Akihabara and that shop itself  |

Same technique used for Haruhi, Onegai series and various other anime. |
