You wil see other cyclists too. Just be patient and wait for the plane to land. (Not take off). My route: Putrajaya P.2-PICC-Dengkil-Kota Warisan-Sepang F1 circuit-KLIA2 |

QUOTE(weikee @ Oct 19 2017, 07:01 PM) Talking about sound , my Tern also making some weird "tak" sound at the front if i push it hard on uneven / bouncy road. Is that normal? Its normal. My X20 also squeak when climbing or hitting uneven roads. For the solutions, people said change it handlepost's bearings. Some said add a spacer to it handlepost. Never tried both. |

![]() 16" and 20" conquering Fraser Hills. You dont need top-notch upgrades or hi-end bicycles to tackle this route. Even a mongoose without upgrades can finish ahead of me. (Verge X20) The most important thing is your guts and motivation. And of course a balls of steel. (Literally cuz i cant feel mine due to numbness at the peak). |

QUOTE(azamunekurone @ Oct 22 2017, 11:59 PM) we started around 8.30 at sg chiling. as promised we stop every 5km and rolling start. no matter how fast u are or how slow ur ride, each 5km must stop. thats the concept of fellowship ride. True that, champ! That is why I preferred to ride with group who understand 'group cycling. We ride together and share the workload. Finish strong.the last 8km from gap to clock tower we let it by ur own paced. dont want to push each other. and why we do like that? to help encourage those who are slow. so they could finish together ![]() as u can see from the clock time is 12.30. i arrived at the clock around 11.15am, and we wait until all came up to took our group photo when all arrived. its been a while i didnt met rkhairulrijal since he already transfered back to kl, i think around 1year+. also i first met KenC here at fraser As summed up by azam, this is mine according to Garmin Connect. ![]() |

QUOTE(small_fish18 @ Oct 23 2017, 12:25 PM) A fren and me planning to do KKB- Bentong - Sempah - Gombak - Ampang/Bangsar. The main reason is both of us hate drive and ride. He's much more fitter than me and im stil in preparation training. I had never tried fraser before so i have no idea how tough it is. Fraser is like Perez but a bit longer. If you can do Perez - Bukit Hantu loop with a breeze, then it should be no problem for you to tackle Fraser. We had done a few ride at langat from ampang/bangsar (He's from bangsar and i stay at ampang) Apparently riding straight to hulu langat is even nice compare to drive. Altho the weather is hot during way back but the morning session is a breeze. Downhill at bukit ampang is so much fun. Bukit Ampang is a death trap. |

Java / Trinx are good enough for fresh blood. It can handle mid-level ride but pls look for 8speeds and above. Easy for u to upgrade later on.
However, I do think u might wanna increase ur budget a lil bit. Must consider cost for other cycling gears such as blinker, helmet, spare tyre etc. Pls check the hinges before purchase and ask the bike shop to tune ur bike first upon confirmation. |
