oh..kg kenang is the school.. so i forgot what 3rd kg it is..and yes, i cant continue after the 3rd kg bcoz of the slipery road. that time im using kojak tyre..until now i didnt repeat

the route are very nice.. and for me very crazy coz i cycle from ipoh to there.if u noticed, if u came early u can see people catching the kelah fish. can buy from them very cheap woo...

Talking about sound , my Tern also making some weird "tak" sound at the front if i push it hard on uneven / bouncy road. Is that normal?

we started around 8.30 at sg chiling. as promised we stop every 5km and rolling start. no matter how fast u are or how slow ur ride, each 5km must stop. thats the concept of fellowship ride.

the last 8km from gap to clock tower we let it by ur own paced. dont want to push each other.

and why we do like that?
to help encourage those who are slow. so they could finish together



as u can see from the clock time is 12.30.
i arrived at the clock around 11.15am, and we wait until all came up to took our group photo when all arrived.

its been a while i didnt met rkhairulrijal since he already transfered back to kl, i think around 1year+. also i first met KenC here at fraser many of my kl friends also i 1st met here 😜

A fren and me planning to do KKB- Bentong - Sempah - Gombak - Ampang/Bangsar. The main reason is both of us hate drive and ride. He's much more fitter than me and im stil in preparation training. I had never tried fraser before so i have no idea how tough it is.
We had done a few ride at langat from ampang/bangsar (He's from bangsar and i stay at ampang) Apparently riding straight to hulu langat is even nice compare to drive. Altho the weather is hot during way back but the morning session is a breeze. Downhill at bukit ampang is so much fun.
