Apart from this, nearby still available rumahwip is Rampai 2, SkyAwani 3 and Wangsa Meranti. All crap location that's why DBKL didnt even allocate unit to themselves for those projects. laugh.gif

What is Sri Rampai 2? Sri Rampai station yes very2 far. but LRT TAMAN MELATI just walking distance.. so untungggg...

last time there is one guy just bought one lot rumah (with the land - read rumah setinggan) at that area just around 40k... then after 1 month.. somebody nock2 his house and ask him whether he want to sell his lot with 200 K? or choose to own one unit of the apartment.. HAHAHA...only one month sudah untung.. hhhahaa... drool.gif drool.gif

This one got very good rental income potential due to "future can rent" to student assuming owner wanna upgrade to another house. (After own stay for 6 years)

Wangsamas certain facing very gg due to the train can "fly beside" the building so.... I went to menara alpha at midnight, the wangsa maju lrt so far but i still can listen to the noise when it's under maintenance running.

In this case, those Hamilton / wangsamas that nearby lrt track=gung ho

Vista wirajaya,
Pros:
condo facilities + badminton court!
Pv developer
Walkable to lrt + tarc college

Wangsamas,
Pros:
Cheaper 100k, size is the same but no facilities
Walkable to lrt + wangsawalk mall

Conclusion:
Amenities wise, wangsamas
Living quality wise, vista wirajaya
